existing product growth rates positioned upon an S curve.
Phases of product acceptance are central to the analysis.
Used annually, this tool identifies product opportunities
and threats as well as where the firm's product is positioned
in relationship to time. This tool's analysis will enable
the firm to make strategic product mix entry/exit decisions
based upon the market.
