Rella Jeffries,
MBA, CQE, Managing Partner of Alexandria Marketing Research
Group, Inc. She has been involved in the practical
application of marketing research tools including conjoint
analysis for new product design, focus group analysis
for questionnaire design and strategy formulation, factor
analysis for customer satisfaction dimension measurement,
structural equation modeling for causal marketing determination,
and Box-Jenkins modeling for forecasting product sales
in such areas as Health Care, Legal services, Education,
Telecommunications, and Manufacturing industries. Additionally,
her statistical expertise involved projects relating
to manufacturing plant experimental design (DOE), designed
mixture experiments for recipe formulation, simulation
modeling of telecommunications port usage and customer
call center activity, linear programming optimization
for freight dispatch decisions, and continuous move
modeling for common carrier dispatch decisions. She
is an adjunct professor in Mathematics at Crowder College
at both Webb City, Missouri and Neosho, Missouri campuses.
She co-authored, "Customer Satisfaction Measurement
Instruments, In health care, does one size fit none?"
published in the February 2000 issue of Quality Progress,
“Using Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies
to Evaluate a Destructive Test Method” published
in the fall 1997 issue of Quality Engineering, and “The
APT Model For Assessment of Prospective Shingle Performance
Test Methods” that appeared in the Proceedings
of the Fourth International Symposium on Roofing Technology,
September 17-19, 1997. She received a B.S. in Mathematics
and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing
Research. She has been an active member in the American
Marketing Association
and the American Society of Quality for the past 10
years. She is an ASQ Certified quality Engineer (CQE).

Patrick R Sells,
MBA, CQM, ASQ Senior Member, Managing Partner of Alexandria
Marketing Research Group, Inc. He has been involved in
the practical application of market research measuring:
customer satisfaction, customer value, and consumer needs
assessment in such areas as Health Care, Legal, Education,
Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Fashion industries.
He has been instrumental in helping develop quality marketing
measurement programs to establish effectiveness in product
development, physical distribution services, promotional
campaigns, and pricing policies. He co-authored, "Customer
Satisfaction Measurement Instruments, In health care,
does one size fit none?" in the February 2000 issue
of Quality Progress. He is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing
and Statistics at Southwest Missouri State University.
He has presented to Fortune 500 companies and Educational
institutions on the subjects of Fundamentals of Marketing,
Applied Marketing Research, Quality Methods in Management,
Forecasting using Univariate and Multivariate Techniques,
and Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire Design. He received
a B.S. in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration
in Marketing Research. He has been an active member in
the American Marketing Association and the American Society
of Quality for the past 20 years. He also served as a
judge for the 2001, 2002, and 2003 Missouri Team Quality
Award process. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager
(CQM). |
